This compact derivative selects location IDs, names, hierarchy and coordinates,
sorts them alphabetically, and splits the data by country and region.
The derivative database is available under the same ODbL license at
/geography/countries.json, /geography/{ISO2}.json and
/geography/{ISO2}-{region_id}.json (or {ISO2}-none.json).
Geographic inclusion does not indicate shipping service availability.
The quotation-level derivative is /geography/quote-locations.json: first-level
administrative areas and representative coordinates, with deeper subdivisions
excluded for quotation. City-states are represented at country/city level.
This derivative is also available under ODbL 1.0. Rebuild using
scripts/prepare-quote-geography.mjs and the pinned source snapshot above.
